Do you have a shop we can visit?
No, Sophie La Girafe UK is an internet only shop. We have around 500 stockists throughout the UK - please visit the our stockist page for details.
How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 24 hours of payment. You should expect to receive it within a couple of working days if UK, and within 5 working days for Ireland.
What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by recorded delivery so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered please contact us via our email form.
Do you accept cheques?
We only accept cheques & postal orders in pound sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method, stating the item you wish to purchase and your location.
Do you accept cash payments?
We do accept payments in pounds sterling. This must be sent by registered post prior to dispatch of the goods
Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes, we can accept most credit and debit cards for customers with UK billing / shipping addresses. Payment can be taken at the shopping cart of our website, or alternatively you can call us to make a payment. We can also accept payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.
What if I am sending a gift?
Just add a comment or message to the "Message to Seller" field at checkout and we will include this message on the packing slip (for example "Welcome to the world Bob with love from Rob and Rache x x x". If you tell us it is a gift, we will also remove prices from the despatch note.
Are you VAT registered?

Do you ship outside the UK and Eire
Sorry, we ship only to the UK and Ireland.
My baby has a latex allergy - can I use Sophie?
Sophie is made from natural rubber latex. We would recommend you avoid contact with all latex products, including Sophie the Giraffe.
